No matter our age, I think we’ve all felt this way at one time or another in our lives.  We all want to belong.  We all want to have a reason, a purpose for being here. 

Fortunately God has a plan for each and every one of us.   He promises us a hope and a future in Jeremiah 29:11-13.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.  Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.  You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."

As you can tell, this is one of my favorite passages.  I’ve shared it several times before.
