Republicans are calling America’s debt a national security issue.

In the GOP's weekly address, Georgia Senator Saxby Chambliss says $13 trillion of debt will leave the U.S. vulnerable and force future generations to pay higher taxes to pay for what he calls "Democrats' out-of-control spending."
