Rand Paul and two other Republican Senators announced a plan today to reform Social Security.  

The proposal includes raising the retirement age to 70 and cutting some benefits for the wealthy. 

Paul, along with South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham and Utah Senator Mike Lee unveiled the plan this morning on Fox and Friends.

The Senators say their plan will gradually raise the retirement age from 67 to 70.  It will not affect anyone 56 or older.
