Republicans are accusing President Barack Obama of paying lip service to job creation.

 

In the parties weekly address, Utah SenatorOrrin Hatch argues President Barack Obama's plans are “too timid”,  "a nice talking point," but fall short as an adequate solution to the nation's spending problems.

 

Hatch called for an overhaul of the tax code, fewer regulations and the start of a debate about changing Social Security and Medicare.
