President Barack Obama says a key building block to more jobs is business innovation. 

In his weekly radio and Internet address, the President says America can win the future “by out-innovating, out-educating and out-building our competitors.”

The President says the pitch is part of his broader effort to move away from the high-dollar spending toward a leaner, business-friendly strategy.
