President Barack Obama is comparing his fiscal choices to kitchen table budgeting.

President Barack Obama is comparing his fiscal choices to kitchen table budgeting.

 

In his weekly radio and Internet address, the President says he is making difficult cuts to allow needed spending increases in education, technology and basic infrastructure like roads and bridges.

 

He says his budget for fiscal 2012 "asks Washington to live within its means, while at the same time investing" in the future.
