It’s Veterans Day!  Please take a moment today and everyday, to say “Thank You” to a Veteran and all those on active duty.  We could not enjoy life, as we know it, without their selfless sacrifice and service.

I took this picture at last week’s UK football game.  I look forward to Military Appreciation Day every year. I get chills every time that huge flag unfurls, the jets fly over and I look into the corner end zone where those brave men and women are standing and cheering. 

We owe them a great debt of gratitude.  Because, Freedom is never free, it is paid for with the blood of patriots.
