Is it too early to already be done with award season?
Award season is upon us.
Four films are entering the multiplexes this week, 2 new, 1 expanding to our local markets, and a rerelease of a Best Picture nominee… in 3D!!!
A look at what's coming ahead in the New Year
There are a lot of new films coming out over the next few days, so I figured I might as well jump right into the mix.
I’m going to break with the traditional setup and provide the new releases first.
As I open another session of Now Playing, some random thoughts have been rotating throughout the confines of my noggin.
I had an idea for this column that will have to be postponed.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYBODY!!! I love this holiday.
For the past few weeks as I’ve been typing this column, I’ve stuck mostly to movies being released in the multiplexes.
Most of us at some point in time have walked into an event with a preconceived notion of how it will play out.
CONGRATULATIONS!!! You have successfully opened another edition of Now Playing! Your reward…more of my musings!
Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. I have always loved dressing up as a creature of the night or as the most horrifying entity known to man (for a few years, I’ve gone as a clown…still gives me the shudders).
Well here we are again. It’s always such a pleasure. By my calculations, there are three new movies being released to the multiplexes and I will get to those. First, I’d like to take a minute and disclose a secret of mine.
I’m back. Did you miss me? Judging from the viewership numbers, I’m going to go out on a limb and say the answer is no.
As I live and breathe, I’m back with another Now Playing, containing a batch of new theatrical releases.
