I just watched the Watch Apple CEO Steve Jobs introduce the new iPhone 4. The video is almost 2 hours long and it is worth the time if you love technology like I do, you can go here to watch it; http://events.apple.com.edgesuite.net/1006ad9g4hjk/event/index.html. If you have read any of my BLOGs you will know that I am an APPLE fan. The iPhone was a giant leap in smart phone technology but the iPhone 4 goes even further. The notable features are Facetime and HD video. Facetime is video calling that will change we communicate forever. Yes we have video calling on PC’s which are stationary. In 2010 we will only be able to use Facetime in a WiFi environment and as mobile data speeds catch up we will be able to do video calling. I am very excited about this because this is where reality meets scifi. The other notable is the HD video. Why is this significant? When I can record 720p video and share that kind of quality from my smart phone this opens up new opportunities for sharing news and content in a way that we have only imagined. They have also developed editing software that will allow you to on the phone. In the past you would have had to download the video and edit it on a PC. This is a game changer for Bloggers and news people everywhere. These are only a few things that are being offered with the new phone and operating system. Once again Apple has moved ahead of their competition to bring the best technology to the masses.
