My lights have been strung outside my house, I am thinking about Christmas and I have "Black Friday" and "Cyber Monday" behind me. If you are shopping for a GEEK this holiday then the list below is for you. Here are my picks for hot Geek items this Christmas.

1) Jawbone UP - If you want to lose weight and monitor your activity including your sleep patterns then the Jawbone UP is a great gift. It comes in several colors and is $99. Be careful giving this as a gift, some people may take it wrong when you give them a gift that monitors food, sleep and activity. I can hear it now; "What do you think I am fat?"

2) Verizon 4GLTE MiFi - Lexington just got 4G service and it is faster than my DSL at home. I am a bandwidth hog and once you have experienced 4GLTE you won't want to go back to 3G service. If you have someone who needs fast internet service and they are mobile then you can't go wrong with this gift. Be aware that 4G isn't everywhere and there are bandwidth limitations. Just ask anyone at Verizon salesperson and they will help you out.
