• Trinity vs. St. Xavier. Arguably one of the best rivalries in America, drawing 30,000 plus spectators to Papa Johns Stadium. This is a must see game to add to your high school bucket list, even if you are not a grad of either school.

• Highlands vs. Covington Catholic. A historic rivalry in the consistently strong geographic area of Northern Kentucky.

• Boyle County vs. Danville. These two “Title Town” rivals regularly play in front of packed stadiums for bragging rights. Boyle County has owned the series the past few years. It’s fun to watch Larry French, and Sam Harp two great coaching minds bump heads.

• Bowling Green vs. Warren Central. If you don’t believe that this game is action packed just try and get there late to this one. You might be tuning in to listen on the radio due to the fact that everybody in Bowling Green will be at this game. It is such a big game it could be played at LT Smith Stadium on the WKU campus.

• Lexington Catholic vs. Lexington Christian. Last year these two football powers played in one of the best games of the 2009 regular season. LCA was leading by 9 points, when a lightning delay of two hours resulted in Lexington Catholic coming from behind to win 27-23.

• Ashland vs. Raceland. Two solid football programs that geographically makes it a must see game

• Greenup County vs. Boyd County. This one is one of the better games in the northeast area of the state. Both teams are really shaping up to be very competitive this season.
