IHigh.com will be webcasting some of the biggest rivalries in the country for high school football fans. Rick Ford has put together one of the best Rivalry Series Webcasts to come along in years. The series will begin in the state of Ohio September 25th as Archbishop Hoban travels to Akron, to take on powerhouse St.Vincent/St. Mary. And yes that is the same school that produced Lebron James who actually played football for a time there also.

The highlighter for Kentucky football fans will be Friday October 1st at Papa Johns Cardinal Stadium in Louisville. Trinity will take on rival St. Xavier at 8:00 p.m., and around 30,000 of their fans will be there to take it all in. Currently both teams are ranked number one and two in every statewide poll. Trinity is listed at number one and St. X at the number two spot. The action gets underway on the 1st at 7:45 p.m. with the pre-game festivities.

Another rivalry game is scheduled in Louisville later in October when DuPont Manual and Male continue their rivalry series on the 29th. This rivalry is the oldest in Kentucky and this year will feature two teams ranked in the top ten in Class 6A. Many loyal fans from these two schools will pack into the Male stadium for a 7:00 p.m. kickoff.

The 2010 iHigh Football Rivalry Series wraps up the next day on October 30th when two Ohio powerhouses Canton McKinley and Massillon meet in Massillon at 2:00p.m. I have covered these two teams over the years and have seen many great games, and players emerge from these two schools.

Join me and the iHigh crew for these great football games as part of the iHigh Rivalry Series this fall. If you love good high school football, join me online at iHigh.com for a fun video webcast.
