The Kentucky State Fair gets kicked off this Thursday in Louisville with music and noise and just maybe….not so much heat! Know how every year it’s like the surface of the sun out there among the funnel cakes and tube sock salespeople!
The Kentucky State Fair gets kicked off this Thursday in Louisville with music and noise and just maybe….not so much heat! Know how every year it’s like the surface of the sun out there among the funnel cakes and tube sock salespeople! An incredible line up of free and paid concerts of course headline the fair. Our fair has become a big deal in the music industry……now onto Fried Butter ie…some goof ball decided he wanted to deep fry butter and sell it……….lol. A chunk of butter gets rolled in cinnamon and sprinkled with sugar….and sludged in funnel cake batter and then fried. NICE!!!!!!!!! Then there is going to be the hit of the state fair this year! The Burger that is ½ pound in weight and topped with bacon and served between two large glazed donuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the fair! All kinds of people doing strange things. I am sure the people are normal but the fair brings out the crazy in some….I went to a few concerts at Cardinal Stadium while I was in college. Others thought I had lost my mind back then! Have Fun and enjoy! The State Fair has something for everyone to LAUGH at! I love it!!!!!!!!!!! I’ll be out at the Tourism Booth next Tuesday. Stop by and say hey!
