Golf as you all know, is one of my favorite things to do! I’m not as good as I wish I was, but I am enjoying it more now that I have realized I am not going to be playing on the PGA tour! Ha ha…. Golf to me is really a chance to get outside and hang with friends and get a tan.

Golf as you all know, is one of my favorite things to do! I’m not as good as I wish I was, but I am enjoying it more now that I have realized I am not going to be playing on the PGA tour! Ha ha…. Golf to me is really a chance to get outside and hang with friends and get a tan. It also provides me and others a chance to see a different area of Kentucky. We usually try and play 5 or 6 “out of the way” courses every year.

Lake Cumberland is hosting a huge event this weekend! As I have mentioned before the

Grand Prix will bring folks in from many states………….Plan on that for this weekend! Here’s the press information… www.lakecumberlandgrandprix.com You wont be seeing boats like these on our lakes very often………..and you think your party barge can go fast!

Glendale, a small village in mid-west Kentucky is having their big weekend too. If you like small, fun and unique towns………you will love Glendale. I’ve been several times and it’s too cool! http://005dedb.netsolhost.com/  strange web address, but follow it!

MainStrasse Village in Northern Kentucky will be having their annual Music Blowout too! Friday through Sunday you’ll be able to hear some great bands………not all German tunes by any means. There will be hard rock, folk, country, new wave etc…. http://www.mainstrasse.org/ Now, I want to give you guys a prize! Think about the one favorite place, the one place if you could only choose one………to take family, a date, a business associate who ever………to impress them. Send in you choices to me at the comment area below. I am not going to endorse any choices, but I will serve as the distributer of information.
