We are officially in the midst of the Summer season! I love it all; grilling, the lake, golf, swimming and all that goes with the hot sun and late evenings! As we are visiting this week, oh, by the way I’ll be doing my monthly noon show appearance on Wednesday, tune in to WKYT for the 12-1pm noon news! Back to us; be ready to give me some ideas for July 4th events that you know of that need some publicity!

What I did last week………..I was in Henderson, Owensboro, Rough River, Glasgow, Bowling Green, Louisville, Bardstown, Loretto and I think 7 other cities! I had a photo and video  crew with me shooting stuff. I highly recommend the following places if you are in the areas I mentioned. The Miller House in Owensboro, Maker’s Mark Distillery in Loretto, Barren River State Resort Park in Glasgow, The Soap Makery in Bardstown!  This week I have, let’s see, lots of office stuff, but I have the segment on Ch. 27 on Wednesday! I also have lots of great invites for the July 4th weekend!!!!!!!!!!! Lake Cumberland, Louisville’s fireworks and stay at the Seelbach, several pool parties and maybe even run over to see an old friend in Georgetown for an evening! I am positive I’ll get a round of golf in there someplace.

Send in some photo’s and/or tell me of your all’s plans for the 4th! Remember: the roads and waterways will be highly patrolled this weekend, so do the right thing and follow the rules and get a driving assistant should you need one! Everybody stays safe that way!

“buckle up, slow down and get there in one piece”
