I have seen the “Back to School” sales already………..and I don’t like it! Folks we still have time to do great things this summer! Over the last few weeks I have been to Western Kentucky, Eastern and Northern Kentucky! YOU CAN TOO. This week we have many options in the state for BBQ fans, Sports fans and Outdoor fans!

 This is County Fair time too! Think about this idea……. load up the kids and visit a county fair “not” so near you…… really think about investing an hour or two on the road with the kids and checking out a fair or; even two, somewhere else in the  state! I have to admit I am looking forward to the fried snicker bars at the State Fair  in Louisville in August……………don’t laugh until you’ve tried the fried ‘anything”!http://www.kystatefair.org/

 Oh, I almost forgot….. I am going to Richmond this weekend. The Thomas family is  having a big reunion. Tim and Michele Coles are hosting the Saturday evening deal, family from the DC area, South Carolina, Toronto, Texas, Georgia and other exotic locals will be here for fun and games. It’ll be great to see everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
