Pretty good weekend we had this past don’t ‘ya think? Weather held off and then Sunday was great!!!!!!!!! The fall festivals are in full swing, the leaves are changing and the State Parks are filling up!

Keeneland opens this Friday! Keeneland- one of the best things to happen To Kentucky every year I say! Burgoo, a nice Kentucky flavored beverage! The Scenery at Keeneland is unmatched; been all around, and I say Keeneland is tops for “people” watching! Drive safe, and conduct yourselves responsibly!

Jenny Wiley State Resort park is again offering it’s popular ELK VIEWING tours this Fall! Hundreds of people got turned away last year so  State Parks officials had to open up more touring opportunities. Good problem to have I think www.parks.ky.us

Our department starts the Colorfall seasonal reporting feature today! Log on to  www.kentuckytourism.com then link to the ColorFall section. Learn where the colors are changing and what’s happening in a specific area!

Get out of the house!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do something fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Buckle up, slow down and get there in one piece”
