My past weekend was filled with many different emotions. First I was called about the passing of a close radio friend in Louisville. Francene; heard each day on WHAS was a real friend that will be missed by many. I did visit a few places while I was in Louisville briefly on Saturday.

My past weekend was filled with many different emotions. First I was called about the passing of a close radio friend in Louisville. Francene; heard each day on WHAS was a real friend that will be missed by many. I did visit a few places while I was in Louisville briefly on Saturday, the Bardstown and Frankfort Avenue district has great coffee and is sort of European in its look! Def. worth a drive to eat lunch or have a beverage. I did a quick drive by!

Upcoming in this weekend’s schedule is well, the Big Brad Paisley concert Thursday at RUPP! Yea, I know it’s a week day night, but it’ll be fun and tourism in downtown Lexington will be huge. Ticket managers say tickets have been purchased from 60 counties and three states.  So, welcome to central Kentucky and spend, spend and spend some more! Valentines Day packages at state parks, private hotels, unique restaurants, museums and even a distillery or two can add excitement to even the most boring dates! Lol

Hey what about taking in the Titanic exhibit at the Louisville Science Center! A must See!

I want to send “Hats Off” to several peeps this week!

Jason Bailey from The Bear, he has moved to Knoxville, I am sure I will see him this spring!
Gator Glass from Froggy 104.9for helping a brother out!
Scarlet and Andrea from Cumulus radio.
The staff at Ky. State Parks…. Every one of them!
Dickey Carroll, for being a good dude!

More as I remember who did nice things for me…………
