Sum, sum summertime is here! Grillin, chillin and thrillin! Okay! I am trying too hard there. The heat is on and so are the events and activities….. Colonel Sanders Café (the first KFC) 10. Land Between the Lakes Area Of course, there is probably over 100 more spots to list here if we had the space! Put your cool and unique travel ideas in the comments section below. WE TAKE ALL OF THESE SPOTS FOR GRANTED; when I visit lots of these places I see so many out of state license plates. I see folks taking pictures and making memories! C’mon people! I know we all love the beach……..but spend some time in Kentucky this summer. no oil residue, no expensive fuel charges and most assuredly there will be no shortage of fun and ‘wow, who knew we had this in Ky.” comments! “Buckle your seatbelt, slow down and get there in one piece”
