Leave it to Winchester to celebrate something

Leave it to Winchester to celebrate something! Lol. This time its beer cheese
and I think its perfect! Festivals are supposed to be fun, a little quirky and the title
must make us talk about them…………the beer cheese festival does that! Halls’ on
The River, Johnny Allman’s and a small little place down there that I can’t recall
the name now; got it all started. Winchester is bringing back the 70’s with that
festival. Seems like when I was growing up my family would go to Hall’s several times
each summer. They had the old metal disc bowling arcade game, beer cheese and crackers
were free, live music and the aroma of summer heat, catfish grease, hush puppies and
beer filled the parking lot! LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The summer outdoor drama season opens up this weekend. Try one on…..enjoy!
Def. one of the type things that kids will hate going to…..until they get there and the show
starts and then they will be overwhelmed with excitement!
Our department is over the top with this deal! 99 days of summer fun in Kentucky!
Great weekly prizes, coupons for big discounts at state parks and interactive back
and forth with other travelers about where, what and when cool things are
Happening in the Commonwealth.
