Ky. to receive $6 million from online gambling case
Posted: 11:53 PM - Gov. Steve Beshear says Kentucky will receive a settlement of more than $6 million from a case involving online gambling.
Stay with me here; it gets busy……..Sonja and i started out friday morning on our visit to cumberland falls state resort park. We stopped in Richmond where my mother Dottie had prepared a fabulous lunch and of course went through the latest album of family photos from the month before. It’s a tradition! Then we drove to Berea and toured old Town and the tavern. Clean, festive and crowded……just the way I like it! We took notes and decided what we would purchase on our way back through Sunday.
Then we drove on to the Park and were greeted with great weather and huge
crowds. We went to the falls with many other visitors to watch the Moonbow.
We ate in the dining room and hiked a bit. Just a great trip. We also toured
the original KFC and experienced downtown Corbin and spent money in London too!
We rode horses, ate some more and got great photos of the falls in the morning.
Really nice. Cumberland Falls State Resort was awesome. Again clean, delicious and affordable. Sunday morning we got up and headed for Berea again where we toured The Artisan Center and bought Christmas gifts at Old Town.
Whew………I am worn out! Congrats to all the locations we stopped at! What FUN!
License plates from: Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, Florida, Tenn., Ohio, Alabama, Ontario, West Virginia and others states too! That’s Tourism!
WAY TO GO EVERYONE…. www.parks.ky.gov
