SPRING BREAK………..GET WITH IT!
With the new tagline “Kentucky’s only ones….” now in place, lets
look to encourage everyone to travel the state this spring break and to look
at new and unique spots. As I have said before a state park you haven’t
visited for a long time, or ever possibly, is a great idea! Also local haunts like
White Hall state shrine, Buffalo Trace distillery, A horse farm tour and many others
can provide the FAM with a great inexpensive journey. Recently
I took a day or two out of the office and visited several farms; outrageous!
Really they are! I saw Big Brown, Afleet Alex and others prepare for breeding and the cameras.
A real treat!
Make sure you don’t forget about the new location for Kentucky Crafted: the Market!
It’s here in the Lexington area at the Convention Center for the first time. This weekend as a matter
of fact. Best of its kind in the whole country according to several craft and leisure publications!
