In Kentucky we are so lucky to have a spring, (FINALLY) that includes Keeneland, State Parks,

Distillery tours, Historic Sites and more. Even a trip to various horse themed; or at least

horse country lunch stops, coffee shops all serving HOTBROWNS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes.

State Park visits www.parks.ky.gov  offer a family friendly vibe and surprising views of the state.

I say surprising because so many times we drive by parks or other attractions and say “oh well”.

I promise if you will pull off and experience a state resort or even a day historic site like

Boonsebourgh or Fort Harrod you will talk about it for weeks after.

Great chance to take the kids to Berea, Old Irish town in northern Kentucky at Covington. And yes I live here, but Frankfort

offers every Kentucky citizen and real gem opportunity to see the history museum and military museum and more.
