By now, Kentucky fans have heard that Billy Gillispie conducts some of the most intense practice sessions in college basketball.  I can vouch for that.  He's also one of the busiest coaches in the country.

Billy G. has given the Big Blue Sports Network unprecendented access for an upcoming series entitled, Inside Kentucky Basketball: All Access.  Each one-hour show takes Big Blue fans behind-the-scenes, giving the viewer a chance to see the demands on playing college basketball at the highest level.

The four episodes of Inside Kentucky Basketball: All Access  begins this Saturday in Lexington, on WKYT.  For all other network stations, the show will be broadcast on Sundays.

The show is the brainchild of Gillispie.  The coach is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and recently saw an episode of HBO's Hard Knocks, which chronicles the Cowboys training camp.  Gillispie wanted to do the same with his Wildcats.

In addition to taking fans inside UK's practices, our cameras followed the coach around.  You won't believe the demands on one of America's top bench bosses.

Viewers will get an in-depth look at Big Blue Madness and how the players surprised the fans who camped out for Madness tickets; meet the players and support staff and hear what's it's like being a Wildcat; and get the thoughts of the head man himself.
