David Falk, the man who made Michael Jordan a multi-millionaire, is quoted in the Washington Post that his client, Ohio State guard Evan Turner, won't work out with the Washington Wizards.  That leads to speculation that the Wizards have decided to take former UK guard John Wall with the first pick in the draft.
