John Wall's Las Vegas vacation was anything but that. All business, Wall even skipped ESPN's award show to stay in Vegas for a rookie meeting.
According to DraftExpress.com, Wall's debut game in Vegas was sold out. Cox Arena officials closed the ticket windows after all 4,000 seats had been sold in anticipation of Wall's first NBA game.
Wall has been sensational, for the most part. Despite some untimely turnovers, Wall knocked off a couple month's worth of rust and displayed his speed and talent that UK fans saw during his one season in Lexington. It was an impressive showing as Wall now gets ready for his first full NBA season.
