Just because he was the first pick in the NBA Draft doesn't guarantee John Wall will win the Rookie of the Year.  As a matter of fact, in the past 10 years, only Derrick Rose and LeBron James have pulled the trick.

But the Las Vegas oddsmakers like Wall's chances.  And at least one site likes ex-Wildcat DeMarcus Cousins' chances, as well.
