For years, the Southeastern Conference has been perceived nationally as a renegade league, primarily because of football. But every school in the SEC has been hit with at least one major infraction, in at least one sport. The league is the second-most penalized in NCAA history.

Dana O'Neil's piece on ESPN.com asks the question, "What's wrong with college basketball?"  In it, coaches around the country point a finger at the SEC, as the dirtiest in the country, when it comes to hoops.
