The mothership has spoken...
CBS Sports has notified WKYT that two NFL teams could face blackout issues in their home markets.
According to the folks in New York, the two teams, Jacksonville and Cincinnati, currently face ticket sales issues which would force the NFL to switch the local television markets to other games.
The NFL blackout rules apply to teams that fail to sellout 72 hours prior to kickoff. Those home markets include Lexington, which falls inside the 75-mile radius of the Queen City.
If the Cincinnati fails to sellout its game on Sunday with Buffalo, fans in Lexington will see Oakland at Pittsburgh instead.
Those are the highlights... stay tuned.
