LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Gluten Free Pumpkin Spice Bars
From Betty Crocker with my own variation

Ingredients:
1 box Betty Crocker Yellow cake mix
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
½ cup butter, softened
¼ cup water
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
3 eggs
1 cup choc chips, butterscotch chips or white choc chips
*(may substitute or add raisins)

Frosting
1 container Betty Crocker cream cheese frosting (if you need to be gluten free check first)
¼ cup chopped nuts

Directions
Pre Heat oven 350. Lightly grease bottom and sides of 15x10x1 pan with butter.
In large bowl beat all ingredients except chocolate chips with mixer on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips.
Bake 25-30 minutes until light brown. Cool completely before frosting and topping with nuts. Cut into bars.
