Home for the Holidays | Sam's Healthy Winter Chili

Ingredients:

1 pound of ground meat (beef, chicken, turkey)
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon mustard powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can diced tomato (14.5 ounces)
2 cups beef broth

Instructions:

Heat a large skillet, add the ground meat . After it’s cooked get rid of any grease.
Add to crock pot onions, cumin, chili powder, mustard powder, paprika, and salt.
Add the bell peppers, tomatoes, and broth. Add cooked meat.
Cook for 4-6 hours on medium heat in crock pot.
Serve with crackers.
