13 Kentucky hospitals receive an A in new safety report

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - There's a new report ranking the safety of hospitals across the United States. The Leapfrog Group looked at hospitals in every state to see how they keep patients safe from errors, injuries, accidents, and infections. The Leapfrog Group uses a panel of doctors from across the country to come up with its methodology.

In Kentucky, 13 hospitals received an A grade from Leapfrog. 14 received a B. 19 received a C. Four received a D. None received a failing grade.
