FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT) - Franklin County authorities say two are behind bars as a result of a cocaine trafficking investigation.

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office says deputies arrested Louis Hall III after obtaining a warrant for his arrest. Hall, 31, was a suspect in the investigation and was on probation at the time of his arrest for multiple drug convictions.

Deputies found five grams of crack cocaine when arresting Hall. His girlfriend, 34-year-old Angela Doyle, was also arrested for having a concealed pistol.

Authorities executed a search warrant at Hall's home where they found a shotgun and digital scales.

Hall is charged with drug trafficking and contempt of court, and he is being held on a $10,500 cash bond.
