We continue with our bitterly cold pattern across Kentucky and surrounding areas. Lows tonight drop into the upper single digits for many, with a wind chill near or slightly below 0.
Another arctic front moves in Wednesday night and may bring a period of snow showers and flurries. Those can put down some light accumulations into Thursday.
The temperatures will continue to be the big storm. Lows for Thursday and Friday are back into the single digits to near zero. Wind chills of -5 to -15 may show up at times. Highs will be in the teens.
The forecast for Saturday looks similar before we mix it up a bit Sunday into Monday. That's when temps slowly rise, with a mix of rain and snow possible. With a frozen ground and roads, we will need to watch for possible ice forming.
