NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (WKYT) - Police recovered several guns and arrested a convicted felon in Jessamine County.

Roger Bowlin

Roger Bowlin, 50, is charged with wanton endangerment, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possessing/distributing explosives without a permit.

"This investigation started a week ago from a domestic violence situation involving him and a female subject," Chief Deputy Allen Peel said. "We initially thought there might just be a few [guns] around, if any, we weren't sure. But, to get that many it was a surprise."

Bowlin was arrested Tuesday at a home on Kissing Ridge Road.

The Jessamine County Sheriff's Office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms and Explosives worked together on this investigation.
