(WKYT) - Fisher-Price is recalling 65,000 infant seats because they pose a fire risk.
The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission says parents should stop using the Soothing Motions Seat immediately.
The commission says overheating can occur in the motor housing, presenting a fire hazard.
Fisher-Price has received 36 reports of the product overheating. In one report, the motor caught on fire. No injuries have been reported.
The $160 Soothing Motions Seat was sold at BuybuyBaby, Target, Toys R Us, Walmart, and other stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com and other websites.
Anyone who bought the Soothing Motions Seat should contact Fisher-Price for a full refund.
