HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT)- The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch says a Harlan County man is behind bars relating to charges of sexual performance by a minor.
State Police say 34-year-old Brandon Farley of Harlan County was arrested on Thursday and charged with Sodomy in the second and third degree. They expect more charges are to come.
The investigation began after reports of Farley having an inappropriate relationship with a minor, according to police. They say equipment Farley used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to a forensic lab for examination following a search warrant.
Brandon Farley is being held in the Harlan County Detention Center under a $25,000 bond.
