CLENDENIN, W. Va. (WKYT) - Workers with the West Virginia Department of Transportation got quite a surprise when they showed up to inspect a bridge along Interstate 79 near Charleston. (SLIDESHOW BELOW)
A goat has apparently made its home atop one of the bridge piers. Crews were first worried it was stuck but then saw the goat move around the girders with no fear.
The goat appears to be in good health. Animal control is now working to see if they can guide the goat to a safer resting spot.
