KSP releases name in deadly Knott County crash

HINDMAN, Ky. (WYMT/WKYT) - Kentucky State Police say a man is dead following an accident near Knott County High School.

Police say 48-year-old Kelly Pigman was traveling north on KY 160 when he lost control of his truck and veered into the southbound lane where he struck a concrete bridge.

The Knott County Coroner pronounced Pigman dead at the scene.

They say Pigman was the only person in the vehicle and was not wearing a seatbelt.
