LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexmark's board of directors chose Richard (Rich) Geruson to serve as the company's president and chief executive officer.

According to Lexmark, Geruson spent the last six years as the chief executive officer and president of Phoenix Technologies.

Lexmark's former president and chief executive officer, David Reeder, left the company in June.
