NEW YORK, NY - Skal Labissiere was a projected lottery pick in Thursday night's NBA Draft but he slid to No. 28. The young Haitian was selected by the Phoenix Suns and then traded to the Sacramento Kings.
Labissiere spent just one season at Kentucky under John Calipari. One year ago he leaped from a potential first rounder to the No. 1 pick. After struggling through an up-and-down season at Kentucky, Labissiere's draft stock fell, but mock drafts still had him going as high as No. 11 to Orlando.
