Lexington Catholics' Perry resigns, will join Neal Brown at Troy

Lexington Catholic football coach Mark Perry has resigned to become the director of football operations at Troy, where he will work for former UK Wildcat, Neal Brown.

In four seasons at Lexington Catholic, Perry was 35-20. Perry led the Knights to the 3-A state championship game in 2015. The Knights advanced to the region finals every year under Perry.

Brown has been the head coach at Troy since 2015.
