Meteorologist

WKYT-TV, the Gray Television station in Lexington, Ky., has an opening for a broadcast meteorologist to produce and anchor weathercasts, special weather programs and webcasts, and contribute to the station website. We take weather seriously and we want to tell the story with interesting video, hyper local graphics, and an emphasis on viewers` needs. The successful candidate will have experience forecasting and presenting weathercasts a degree in meteorology, climatology, or atmospheric science and is fluent in the operation of computerized weather presentation systems, especially WSI.
