WYMT is looking for a self-motivated, aggressive and enterprising Anchor/Reporter to launch our new weekend edition. The successful candidate will have a command of the anchor desk, move fast on breaking news and own the top story.

Our anchors don’t just sit behind a desk - they get out into the field and work on stories - so you will continue to showcase your reporting skills.

Successful applicants must possess creative storytelling skills, a terrific grasp of current events, strong organizational skills and the ability to shoot and edit your own video. All anchors must have the skills to produce, not stack, a fast paced and informative newscast.

You must also understand and embrace the importance of the new multi-platform newsroom. Candidates must be able to engage our audience through all social medial channels and digital platforms.
