WYMT, the Gray Television owned CBS affiliate in Hazard, Ky., needs a highly motivated and aggressive promotions expert with the experience and energy to take our station to new heights. You`ll have hands-on supervision of our promotion of WYMT. You will be an integral part of implementing our marketing strategy with an emphasis on news. WYMT produces four hours of award-winning news coverage each day with more expansion on the immediate horizon. We are a market leader in four DMA`s.

Additional responsibilities include writing and producing news image advertising, planning outside media campaigns and community projects, managing daily logs and directing newscasts on an as needed basis.

Ideal candidates must have a strong writing background and solid organizational and leadership skills. A demonstrated use of effective graphic design and familiarity with Final Cut Pro non-linear editing systems is a must. College degree preferred.
