Rooster’s Smoked Wings Thursday, June 5, 2014


2 lb jumbo chicken wings
Rooster’s seasoning (or BKW seasoning if you prefer)
Hot sauce (optional)


Spread wings on a metal tray. Sprinkle wings with Rooster’s seasoning. Place in a smoker for about 2 hours. Take wings out and remove to a new tray. Spread sauce on wings and place in the oven for 15 minutes. You may hold the smoked wings in a tightly sealed bag. When you are ready to serve, grill or deep fry the wings and toss with more sauce if desired. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
