Stuffed Chicken Breast/Sage Dressing Friday, December 27, 2013
4 10 oz. boneless chicken breast butterflied with skin on (can also do without skin)
2 cups favorite stuffing (At Wilderness, we use a sage dressing).
Gravy/sauce for top
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make stuffing and set aside. Lay chicken breast out on cutting board. Place 4 oz. of stuffing in middle. Fold sides of chicken over stuffing like a package. Place in baking dish folded side down. Bake covered for 40 min., then uncover and continue cooking for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven and place on dish with gravy and favorite vegetables.
