Ingredients

A Kraft recipe

2 TBSP KRAFT Fat Free CATALINA Dressing
2 TBSP low sodium soy sauce, divided
½ lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin slices
½ cup KRAFT Fat Free CATALINA Dressing
1 tsp minced gingerroot
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup small broccoli florets
1 small carrot, cut into thin slices
½ each red and yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
1 cup snow peas
1 cup bean sprouts

Directions

Heat 2 TBSP dressing and 1 TBSP soy sauce in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 3 min. or until done. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add all remaining ingredients except bean sprouts to skillet; stir-fry 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in chicken and bean sprouts; stir-fry 3 to 5 min. or until heated through. Serve over hot cooked brown rice.
