A dale’s Seasoning recipe

2 lb shrimp
1 medium onion
1 large green pepper
2 cups mushrooms
1 lb grape tomatoes
3 TBSP dale’s Seasoning or dale’s Reduced Sodium Blend
2 TBSP butter


Place onions, shrimp, green peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes on skewers. Marinate in dale’s Seasoning for approx 15 minutes. If using Reduced Sodium Blend, marinate 15 minutes longer. Place on a grill or in a broiler and cook until done, basting with dale’s and a small amount of melted butter.
