Easy Chili Casserole Monday, November 18, 2013
3 or 4 cans chili with beans
1 medium onion, chopped fine
½ lb Velvetta (“Cheezy Does It” or similar process cheese), grated
2 cups Frito’s (or other similar corn chips)
Empty the chili into a deep casserole. Layer onions over, then cheese, then Frito’s. bake in a 350 deg oven about 35 minutes or until bubbly and brown. Serve hot.
